While there is a very broad selection of STK Designer Jewellery available for purchase, you may, for reasons of your own (e.g., matching a piece of STK Designer Jewellery to a special outfit such as a wedding dress, or being partial to a particular colour, gemstone, combination of gemstones and freshwater pearls) wish to commission a special request for a beautiful STK Designer Jewellery necklace to be made especially for you.

STK Designer Jewellery is happy to accommodate individual customer requests.

All you need to do is contact us directly (sales@stkdesignerjewellery.com) providing as much detail in your request as possible. We will contact you to negotiate a price for the item requested and commence sourcing the appropriate materials to make the product.

Upon receipt of your request, we will be provide you with a quotation before you have to commit to the commissioned request (that way you will know exactly what you will be charged before we go ahead and purchase the necessary gemstones and/or freshwater pearls and produce the necklace). This is an important step in the negotiations of commissioned pieces of STK Designer Jewellery, as all customers who make a special order commit themselves to the purchase of the finished product they have requested.

Once the necklace has been produced, you will be emailed a photograph and details about the gemstones and/or freshwater pearls used in producing the necklace, as well as it dimensions and weight (just as all our other products online), to ensure you are satisfied with the product. Details of your special order will not be available online. Once ready for shipping, you will be issued with an individual SKU item number, and have two weeks from the date of notification that your order is ready to purchase the product. Simply seek out the individual SKU item number you have been issued (it will be part of the "Product" list) and purchase the product in the usual way which we will then ship to you.
