Refund PolicyEvery precaution has been taken to ensure you are will be able to make an appropriate selection of STK Designer Jewellery that expresses your individuality. By providing high-resolution photographs of our products that can easily be enlarged to view minute details, and complementing these images with exceptionally detailed descriptions of all compoments used (gemstones; freshwater pearls; spacers; clasps) including the length and weight of each piece, you will be able to make an informed choice of product. Please make sure that you select a product for purchase only after thoughtful consideration as refunds will not be given simply because you have changed your mind. As noted elsewhere on this web site, the use of natural gemstones and freshwater pearls means that inevitably perfection is impossible. At STK Designer Jewellery, we have, however, attempted to procure the best products available to produce the beautiful and unique pieces of jewellery we make. All products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in good order prior to being packed for shipping. We acknowledge that rarely goods may be damaged in transit; this is the only reason for which a refund will be made. In order to make such a claim, you will need to contact STK Designer Jewellery immediately at damage@stkdesignerjewellery.com. The damaged item, along with all of the original packaging will have to be returned within 14 days using a speedy and secure method of shipping that enables tracking of goods for our staff to inspect the goods and determine whether a refund is warranted. A refund will only be given where there is clear evidence that the damage occurred during transit and not after receipt of goods. Goods damaged in transit is the only reason for consideration of a refund - no other grounds for refund will be considered. We sincerely hope that none of our customers has to go through this experience. |
