All STK Designer Jewellery is shipped through Australia Post.

For your protection, throughout the transportation process you will be able to track your purchase (this is why you are requested to provide an email address so that your individual consignment number can be sent to you).

Upon delivery at the shipping address provided, you will be required to sign for your package as proof of receipt (this is why you are requested to provide a day telephone number in case you are not at home when the delivery is made).

For speedy and secure delivery of your purchase, Express Post Platinum is used by STK Designer Jewellery. This means receipt of your package the next business day after your order has been received (weekends excepted) - only applicable for major cities (regional areas may take longer). This is a flat rate of AUD $30.00 per item ordered. Using the consignment number supplied to you, your package may be tracked through http://platinum.auspost.com.au/platinum/index.asp.

New Zealand

For speedy and secure delivery of your purchase, Express COURIER International is used by STK Designer Jewellery. This means receipt of your package 2-4 business days* after your order has been received (weekends excepted) - only applicable for major cities (regional areas may take longer). This is a flat rate of AUD $55.00 per item ordered. Using the consignment number supplied to you, your package may be tracked through http://ice.auspost.com.au/.

Rest of the world (where jewellery made using gemstones and precious metals is permitted for import)

For speedy and secure delivery of your purchase, Express COURIER International is used by STK Designer Jewellery. This means receipt of your package 2-4 business days* after your order has been received (weekends excepted) - only applicable for major cities (regional areas may take longer). This is a flat rate of AUD $75.00 per item ordered. Using the consignment number supplied to you, your package may be tracked through http://ice.auspost.com.au/.
